Veteran and key DCIM industry player, Cormant, Inc., has announced the name change of its DCIM solution suite from CableSolve to Cormant-CS to better communicate their position as a leader in the DCIM space while continuing their foundational position as the market leader in holistic network and IT infrastructure management inside and outside the data center.
San Luis Obispo, Calif., USA. – January 29, 2013 – Cormant Inc., a software development company specializing in IT infrastructure management and data center solutions (DCIM), announced today that as part of a collective market communication effort to recognize their position as a leader in the DCIM space and their foundational position as the market leader in holistic network, IT infrastructure and connectivity management inside and outside the data center, they have renamed their DCIM solution suite from CableSolve to Cormant-CS.
Realizing that, while the CableSolve name reflected their strength in enterprise network connectivity and infrastructure management, the connotative value of the name did not include their strength at holistically documenting, tracking, monitoring and managing IT infrastructure in the “data center and beyond,” a phrase they use to convey the holistic breadth of their solution.
