Personnel Moves And Additions Within Cormant Reflect DCIM Company’s Growth

Global DCIM industry veteran and leader Cormant, Inc., reflecting what analysts have been forecasting and reporting on for over a year, has grown on the heels of some key customer acquisitions. As a result, they’ve relocated a key executive, promoted support personnel, as well as grown their development staff.

San Luis Obispo, Calif., USA. – June 13, 2013 – Cormant Inc., the developers of Cormant-CS™, an IT and facilities infrastructure management solution for the data center (DCIM) and beyond, today announced that they are growing their development staff, promoting support personnel, and relocating a key executive to address growth due to recent customer acquisition.

Addressing the need for constant and consistent development of their DCIM industry leading software solution, Cormant has hired Philip Tyler as a new software designer & developer.  A native of the bay area of California and a graduate of California Polytechnic University of San Luis Obispo, Cormant will undoubtedly benefit from Philip’s fresh perspective on software development and ability to increase the pace of innovation.

As they’ve grown their support staff to accommodate the expansion of their customer footprint with recent acquisitions, in addition to the continued development of their DCIM solution, the need for a new support staff management professional has arisen.  Cormant has found the answer internally, moving Michael Boado into a support team management role. As a technically savvy support professional based in Cormant’s Asia Pacific office, Michael has risen to supervise Cormant’s support staff.

Finally, addressing both the company’s and the DCIM solution’s growth, Cormant has moved CTO, Paul Friday to the North American headquarters.  Moving from the Asia Pacific back office to the San Luis Obispo, CA headquarters will allow Friday to continue his guidance of the growing development and support teams. As a co-founder of the company and initial developer of the DCIM solution, Friday has guided the development and support of Cormant-CS from the beginning and Cormant looks forward to his continued guidance.

Cormant CEO, Paul Goodison shares his excitement about the company growth saying, “In an era where so many companies are beholden to external investors, it is refreshing to lead a company that has grown from caring about customer needs and long term growth rather than short term goals.”
